Shipping policy

Uk Shipping:

Our standard delivery time for the UK is 2-5 working days from the time we receive the order. 

UK Postage costs:

Postage costs are selected by the buyer and added to the order at the checkout. 

Small parcels are sent using Royal Mail delivery service and are always sent First class, tracked and should arrive within 3 working days of postage.

Larger, heavier orders are sent via UPS parcel service, are tracked and delivered with in 3 working days of drop-off.

We may change the carrier if we think it benefits the order or the customer. However,  this will be at no extra cost to our customer.

Alternative deliveries are available upon customer request. Local deliveries may be delivered in person by a CrystalnGems representative.

Free Shipping - is available to UK customers only. Free shipping will only be available when the customer basket has reached the set value (e.g £100).

All delivery services are governed by the carrier concerned. We will ensure to protect the customers interest when ever possible to meet the scheduled delivery date or lost items.

International Shipping:

Our standard delivery time for the international customers is estimated 3-7 working days (depending on customer location) from the time we receive the order.

International Postage costs:

International Postage costs are selected by the customer and added to the order at the checkout.

Orders are sent via UPS parcel service, are tracked and delivered with-in the estimated delivery date.

We may change the carrier if we think it benefits the order. However,  this will be at no extra cost to our customer.
