Note: Bismuth is natural ores (bismuthinite, bismite). Creating the rainbow-colored crystals is done by melting solid bismuth (low melting point ~520°F). Allowing it to cool slowly will form a unique stepped "hopper" crystals that get their iridescent colors from a thin oxidation layer when exposed to air.
